Yoga has been a very important aspect of my life in many ways, but one that has stood out to me is the healing effects it has had on me. I struggled for a while with my emotions and yoga would help me calm down and let go of the world around me that felt very hectic. It has helped my self confidence, it has brought me closer to understanding who I am as a person, it has taught me what I want in this life and that it is okay to follow a path that not everyone can understand. I have wanted to become a yoga teacher for quite some time now as I want to share with people the techniques that helped me so much and overall changed my life. I think everyone can benefit from yoga in some way and I hope to bring back all that I have learned in Bali to America.
