6 Days Yoga Retreat in Uluwatu, Bali

Master the Art of Mindful Living with our 6 Days Yoga Retreat in Canggu, Bali. Six days – A full weekly cycle of transformation. The space to truly master not just yoga poses, but the entire art of conscious living. Our 6-day Canggu retreat is the sweet spot between the depth of immersion and the time needed in practice: long enough to change, organized enough to fit into the busy schedules.

What makes BYS revolutionary is our flexible weekly system that honors your schedule and energy. Unlike retreats that force artificial starting points, you choose your entry into our rich seven-day cycle. Begin Thursday with powerful Kapalabhati pranayama and dynamic Vinyasa, flow through weekend gentleness and beach meditations, then complete your journey with Monday’s centering Om mantra practice. Every combination tells a different story of growth.

Six days will give you a taste of all our pranayama methods- the balancing Dirga breath, the energizing Ujjayi, the calming Anulom Vilom, the warming Surya Bhedi practice. You will learn not only how to restore with the help of soft Hatha practices but also to energize with the help of dynamic Vinyasa flows, all of which are based on genuine traditional principles.

The meditation experience is also quite holistic: stroll consciously through the temple premises, chant the sacred mantras of Shiva as the waves crash in the background, practice chakra awakening, and practice loving-kindness to all the living creatures. There are several Yoga Nidra classes and sound baths, which form a profound synthesis of your experiences.

On the sixth day, you are not the same person who came. You have created new habitual ways of living, become acquainted with your primeval wisdom, and have found your true beat in paradise. This time offers the right balance-intensive enough to make a real change, practical enough to fit in the life of the present day. Your mastery journey awaits under the Canggu’s energetic sun.
