The Comprehensive Curriculum: Complete Yogic Education
The 200 Hour yoga teacher training at Bali Yoga School incorporates all the necessary areas of yoga, providing a balanced base in teaching and practice.
Asana Practice
Students learn various traditional styles such as Hatha, Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga. Every pose is dissected with attention, with body alignment, advantages, variations, and safe teaching techniques. This develops individual strength and instructional self-confidence.
Pranayama
The curriculum will contain strong breathing exercises such as Anulom Vilom, Bhastrika, and Kapalabhati. Students are taught the relationship of breath with body and mind and learn to feel the effects of different patterns which form various states of consciousness and offer means of dealing with stress and emotions.
Meditation and Mindfulness
There are guided visualizations, silent sitting, all types of meditation taught in daily meditation sessions. In the process of learning to introduce mindful awareness into everyday life and teaching, students create a sustainable practice of meditation.
Yoga Philosophy
Physical practices have context in terms of study of classical texts such as Yoga Sutras and Bhagavad Gita. Students learn to use ancient knowledge in modern life, and yoga is not only an exercise, but a full spiritual practice.
Students get acquainted with the response of the body to yoga practices, muscles, joints, and the nervous system. This understanding avoids injuries, allows poses to be adjusted, and develops confidence in teaching in different populations safely.
The training includes the practical teaching skills such as sequencing, clear instruction, and building inclusive environments. Teaching is a component of the program that students practice and learn how to adjust to various student needs and energy levels.

The Transformative Benefits: Beyond Certification
The 200 Hour yoga teacher training has a ripple effect that goes way beyond the acquisition of a teaching certificate. Students continuously cite significant changes in various aspects of life.
The rigorous character of the program interrupts habitual patterns and opens space in which new ways of being can be developed. Practice daily strengthens the body and increases flexibility, as it increases mental hardiness and emotional stability. Meditation on a regular basis builds inner peace that is available even when the situations are difficult.
Some students find themselves teaching things they did not realize they could teach, and others just feel more comfortable teaching the things they love to others. The experience tends to define the purpose of life and offer realistic instruments to achieve meaningful goals.
The international network developed in the course of training establishes friendship and working relations in the long term. Students stand by one another in times of need and they exchange successes and share bonds without regard to geographical boundaries.
Why Bali Yoga School Stands Apart
With thousands of teacher training programs in the market, Bali Yoga School stands out due to some main factors that make it an outstanding learning experience.
The teaching team combines deep traditional knowledge with extensive international experience. Instead of reading out of textbooks, teachers impart knowledge acquired over decades of practice and teaching. This authenticity provides an ambience in which students feel that they are getting authentic transmission of the knowledge of yoga.
The curriculum is classical in the sense that it is not outdated to modern life. Students are exposed to traditional practices in their traditional setting, yet they are also learning how to implement them to contemporary practitioners. This equilibrium is critical because graduates will be able to teach in a way that will not make them lose touch with the realities of their students.
Learning process is augmented by the beauty of nature and the serene environment of the physical setting. Practice spaces are open-air and surrounded by tropical gardens, and in such space, the boundaries between inner and outer experience naturally melt away.
Personal attention and support are guaranteed by small classes. Students are not lost in big groups, but each is guided and given feedback individually. This one-on-one strategy assists all people in moving at their own speed and feeling encouraged along the way.

The current Ubud course information specifies a check-in time between 10 AM and 4 PM, with a complimentary stay for that night for applicable accommodation packages. Students should confirm their exact batch dates before purchasing flights.
19 Is airport pickup included?
Yes. Complimentary pickup from DPS – I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport is listed as included in the course fee. After booking your flight, provide Bali Yoga School with your flight information so the school can arrange your airport pickup.
20 What should I pack?
Bring comfortable yoga clothing, personal toiletries, any prescribed medication, suitable footwear, reusable personal items and clothing appropriate for Bali's tropical climate. Because yoga mats and props are provided for use during training, you generally do not need to travel with bulky yoga equipment. The school also lists course materials among the inclusions.
21 What is the refund and rescheduling policy?
Each student is eligible for one course reschedule only. Once the course has been rescheduled, no further changes to the course dates will be permitted.
