Hi, namaste everyone. My name is Olivia and I just graduated from Bali Yoga School‘ s 300 hour training. I came here hoping for a transformative experience, and that’ s exactly what this was. I remember in philosophy class, one of the first days that I was here, our teacher, Shanti, told us that the difference between a change and a transformation is that when you transform, you come out of it completely brand new, which is how I feel this experience was. It was incredible having 28 days to spend just on yoga. I’ ve always wanted that, and to be able to devote such time to it. It was amazing, and to be surrounded by people who love yoga as much as I do. It really deepened my practice and my passion. Everyone here was lovely, and this could not have been a more beautiful place to do my teacher training. I’ m so grateful for this experience, and I’ m so grateful for all of my teachers.
