Level 1 Sound Healing Course in Bali

Sound vibration therapy with Tibetan singing bowls is a unique method of relieving mental stress and restoring a person’s nervous system and energy structure. It has been observed that other musical instruments are less powerful than the Tibetan singing bowl technique. The whole universe is made up of various sounds and vibrations. The people in the urban areas are not accustomed to the sound of nature. This creates an imbalance in their body. Connecting with nature through this ancient technique can help heal ourselves and bring our attention toward our well-being.

How Does The Technique Work?

Sound healing is a therapeutic process that uses various sounds and vibrations to promote healing and wellness. It is said that everything in this universe has its sound and vibration. When the energy levels in the body become imbalanced, it has a detrimental impact on our physical and mental health. Thus, the Tibetan sound healing technique balances this energy in the body.

When the vibrations of the Tibetan singing bowl come in contact with your inner vibrations, they eliminate negative vibrations and bring balance to the system. Thus, a person goes into a serene and blissful state, and energy in restoration occurs. Moreover, this technique also helps to eliminate toxins from the body and balance chakras for optimum energy levels throughout the day.
