What is a Prenatal Yoga Training Course?
Prenatal yoga is a mindful, well-crafted yoga practice for and during pregnancy. It celebrates the amazing physical and emotional shifts that happen to women and supports them in making their transition through those transformations smoother, more conscious and more confident. While prenatal yoga is not a class where modifications are made, it’s its own style of yoga, which is created to develop strength, flexibility, to balance the emotions and to alleviate common discomforts experienced during pregnancy that are often found in a fitness class, such as anxiety, lower back pain, and fatigue.
Bali Yoga School’s prenatal yoga training is well-designed to meet the changing requirements of pregnant women throughout all phases of pregnancy, including the first trimester, the middle and late term, and the very end before birth. You will depart with the expertise to design safe, nourishing and effective classes for women at all points along this path.
What is a Postnatal Yoga Training Course?
As the baby arrives, the mother’s life doesn’t slow down; it plunges into a new and sometimes daunting world. The postnatal period has unique physical and emotional needs, hormonal changes, pelvic floor healing, bone tiredness and the silent emotional caliphate of new motherhood all at once. Many women say this is the period they felt most unprepared and least supported, which is often the most dramatic period of their lives.
Post Natal Yoga provides moms with a solid, natural approach to reconnecting with themselves. It is designed to restore core strength, supporting the recovery of the pelvis, easing the postpartum anxiety and gently reconnecting the inner balance needed for the woman to care for her baby and herself. It also gives her a space, and first space likely, where she is treated without demands and at her own speed, without being expected to do anything.
Bali’s healing environment brings this process of restoration to a special level. No Previous Yoga Experience Required
No previous yoga experience is necessary. The most important thing is the intent behind it, your desire to learn and your heartfelt desire to help women during one of the most life-changing events in their life.
Being a teacher trained at Bali Yoga School, you will not only be competent at technique. It will be the capacity to truly connect, to bring compassion, sensitivity and a feminine understanding into the class that will make all the difference.

The management team is authorised to make the necessary changes in the daily schedule if needed. These adjustments ensure smooth coordination of classes and the best experience for all participants.
Course Booking & Confirmation
To book for the course, please deposit the complete course fees of 100 USD. An official confirmation letter for your program will be sent shortly after successful payment of the yoga retreat fees.
Asanas Class
The purpose of the asana classes is to support your body and mind in the healing process during your healing course journey. These sessions promote personal well-being rather than provide professional-level training in asanas or alignment techniques.
1 Hour Self Practice
You can engage in a one-hour self-practice session in the HYA Healing Studio using available instruments. Any damage to equipment during practice must be covered by you.
