4 Days Yoga, Meditation & Sound Healing Retreat in Ubud, Bali
Asana Practice · Meditation · Sound Healing
A four-day immersive retreat combining mindful yoga practice, meditation and restorative sound experiences in the peaceful tropical surroundings of Ubud.
A purposeful short retreat
Movement opens the door. Stillness lets you listen.
This 4-day yoga retreat in Ubud, Bali is designed as a clear journey—not a crowded wellness package and not an intensive Yoga Teacher Training. Each day connects mindful movement, meditation and conscious sound so you have time to practise, pause and absorb the experience.
Arrive and ground on Day 1, build awareness through movement and breath on Day 2, receive the signature sound experience on Day 3, then integrate your practice before departure on Day 4. Spacious breaks for swimming, journaling and rest keep the rhythm supportive rather than demanding.
Meet the body through accessible, breath-led asana.
Settle attention with guided daily meditation.
Listen deeply during restorative sound experiences.
Reflect, reconnect and carry the practice forward.
The three pillars
One retreat. Three practices that support each other.
Asana creates embodied awareness, meditation develops quiet attention, and sound invites receptive rest. Together, they shape a balanced yoga, meditation and sound healing retreat in Bali.
