What Is Vedic Astrology?
The Vedic Astrology, also known as Jyotish Shastra, is considered one of the world's oldest, and most trusted spiritual sciences. Jyotish comes from the Vedic era of ancient India, and it literally means the "science of light. It explores the correlation between movement of the planets and human life, and how it relates to personality, strengths, challenges, opportunities, and karmic patterns.
Unlike generalised horoscope readings commonly published in the popular media, Vedic Astrology is based on the exact date, time and place of birth to create a detailed birth chart called a Janma Kundli. This chart acts as a sort of cosmic blueprint that charts out some of the important influences throughout a person's life journey.
The relative positions of the planets at the time of birth provide clues about the following areas of life:

The purpose of the asana classes is to support your body and mind in the healing process during your healing course journey. These sessions promote personal well-being rather than provide professional-level training in asanas or alignment techniques.
1 Hour Self Practice
You can engage in a one-hour self-practice session in the HYA Healing Studio using available instruments. Any damage to equipment during practice must be covered by you.
