Hello, I’ m Claudia Natella, I’ m a life and business coach, I’ m coming from Italy and I just completed my 200 hour yoga training. And I wanted to tell you what it looks like, a little bit so you can know. We start very early in the morning and it’ s amazing because we start with pranayama, then we have our classes of vinyasa to get ready to put our body in the right condition, where we have the food, the breakfast, and it’ s always very, very good. It’ s very good for your body, for your energy. Then we continue with the classes, we have philosophy, anatomy, and we have a little break, we can rest and recharge the battery and then we’ re going to start again with Ashtanga. So you have many courses, many classes and you’ re going to learn so many things. I learned so much, it was really concentrated but really the teachers are amazing, they answer all your questions, you’ re going to learn a lot. Even the staff is great, me personally I wasn’ t staying in the hotel here and even when there was a little bit of a problem because it’ s life, they were super ready to answer to our requests, they were super ready to be there for us. When there was a little problem with organization, every time they were ready to answer to our needs. So I really can tell you it was a beautiful experience. If you’re thinking to do this, go for it because it’s going to change you, you’ re going to live so many things personally and also with the group and with the teachers, so you’re not only going to learn how to teach yoga to other people, but you’re going to learn a lot about yourself, so it’ s such a great experience, go for it.
