Hello, my name is Karthik. I’m from southern part of India, Bangalore. I’m here for 200 hours teachers training program and today marks the last day of the completion of the course. And I’m really grateful for the experience that I have gone through over here. It was really transformative. It consists of various programs like it is divided into asanas, philosophy, meditation and pranayama. It helped me to understand the physical and spiritual experiences of yoga.

And I’m really grateful for the teachers that they have encouraged us and pushed us to this limit where we feel that we are ready now to start practicing and train the people as well. And talking about teachers, they are extremely talented, extremely helpful, and they help you in all the asanas and everything, like right from a pressure to an experienced person. They will nurture you and mold you into a different person and it has been amazingly a grateful and blissful experience.
