Course details, prices, schedules and inclusions are published on the respective course pages and may change without prior notice.

Participants must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have written parental consent.
• Be physically and mentally capable of participating.
• Inform us about any medical conditions, injuries, allergies or pregnancy before arrival.
• Follow all school rules during the program.

To reserve your place:

• Complete the online application.
• Receive acceptance from Bali Yoga School.
• Pay the required booking deposit.
• Complete the remaining balance according to your invoice or booking confirmation.

A booking is confirmed only after the required deposit has been received.

Payments may be made through approved payment methods displayed on our website.

Students are responsible for:

• Bank transfer charges
• Credit card processing fees
• Currency conversion fees
• International transaction charges

All prices displayed are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed.

Confirmed bookings will retain the agreed course fee.

A booking deposit is required to reserve your place.

The deposit is deducted from your total course fee.

A reservation is not guaranteed until the deposit has been received and confirmed.

No Refund Policy.
Students can reschedule their program within 6 months or join any online program instead.

Where approved, students may request a course transfer due to genuine emergencies.

Requests are reviewed individually and are subject to future course availability.

Attendance is mandatory.

Students are expected to attend:

• Practical teaching sessions
• Scheduled activities

Absence without permission may affect certification eligibility.

Certificates are awarded only to students who:

• Successfully complete the curriculum
• Meet attendance requirements
• Complete practical teaching requirements
• Follow school regulations
• Complete all required assessments

Students agree to:

• Respect teachers, staff and fellow students.
• Maintain a peaceful learning environment.
• Follow daily schedules.
• Respect accommodation rules.
• Keep classrooms and facilities clean.
• Respect local Balinese culture and customs.
• Avoid disruptive behaviour.

Smoking, illegal drugs, excessive alcohol consumption, weapons, unlawful behaviour and harassment are strictly prohibited. Serious violations may result in immediate dismissal without refund.

Accommodation is provided only for registered participants according to the selected package.

Visitors or additional guests are not permitted unless approved by management.

Students are responsible for any damage caused to rooms or school property.

Participants confirm they are fit to participate.

Students should:

• Carry appropriate travel insurance.
• Carry personal medications.
• Inform the school of injuries, allergies or medical conditions before arrival.

Bali Yoga School is not responsible for medical expenses incurred during the stay.

Students are responsible for:

• Passport validity
• Visa requirements
• Immigration compliance
• Flight bookings
• Travel insurance

The school cannot guarantee visa approval.

Photos and videos may be taken during courses for educational and promotional purposes.

Students who prefer not to appear in promotional materials should notify the administration in writing before the course begins.

All course manuals, videos, presentations, teaching materials, logos, images and website content remain the intellectual property of Bali Yoga School.

They may not be copied, reproduced, sold or distributed without written permission.

Users agree not to:

• Attempt unauthorized access.
