These courses are registered with Yoga Alliance, so it means students get an international certificate. The main courses are:

1. 100-Hour YTT – This is a short course for beginners or people with less time to make a foundation . It gives a strong base in yoga poses, breathing, and meditation.
2. 200-Hour YTT – This is the most popular course. It takes 24 days and after completing of this course you get Yoga Alliance Certificate. In this program, students learn:
• Yoga asanas and alignment

• Human anatomy related to yoga
• Teaching practice to lead a class
After completing this course, students are ready to become yoga teachers with certification of Yoga Alliance.
3. 300-Hour YTT – This course is for students who already did the 200 hours with a Yoga Alliance certificate and want to go deeper. It covers advanced poses, advanced pranayama, more meditation practices, and advanced method of teaching skills.
4. 500-Hour YTT – This is a combination of 200 hours and 300 hours Yoga Teacher Training Course. It is the most complete training. Students spend more time with teachers(58 Days), and after this, they become very confident RYT teachers.
