Feels like Home | 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Bali
Hello, I’ m from Indonesia. I joined the Bali Yoga School for 200 hours and I’ m complete in this yoga teacher training. It’ s a very magical moment. I start from the beginning that I choose this group. We have a very good schedule starting from morning until around 7. In the beginning we have Pranayama with Bablu that we learn a lot about a lot of techniques to breathe. And then after that we have Ida who is healthy. Ida Ji who help us to learn more about Hatha and Vinyasa. It’ s very give me a big transformation for myself emotionally and mentally and physically. Also after that we have another class usually with Sati Ji about philosophy. We trying to get deep into yoga and respect yoga with many different perspective.
And then after that we have Sati Ji who help us to learn more about Hatha and Vinyasa. We have DPJ who help us to learn about anatomy. So we not only learn about asana or postures but we really understand how we make alignment and how we really understand about our body. And of course after that we have Asana Yoga with Nikki and Susie. And it’ s a very amazing experience until the end. And I’ m super happy. I never regret to join with this Bali Yoga School. So I hope you join with us also in this family. Thank you.
