500-Hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training in Bali
Advance Clinical Knowledge. Integrate Functional Anatomy. Teach Yin Yoga with Depth, Precision, and Professional Confidence.
The 500-Hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training in Bali is a comprehensive, Yoga Alliance–certified professional program designed for yoga teachers and experienced practitioners seeking advanced, evidence-informed education in Yin Yoga. This training provides an in-depth exploration of the structural, fascial, neurological, and energetic foundations of Yin Yoga, supporting safe, intelligent, and adaptable teaching across diverse populations.
Through progressive study of functional anatomy, skeletal variation, connective tissue physiology, and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), participants develop refined skills to assess postures, apply therapeutic modifications, and design Yin Yoga practices that support joint health, nervous system regulation, and long-term sustainability. The curriculum integrates anatomy lectures, applied Yin Yoga practice, meridian and organ theory, breath regulation, mindfulness-based techniques, and advanced teaching methodology.
Delivered as a residential training in the focused and supportive environment of Bali, the program emphasizes clinical reasoning, experiential learning, and practical application rather than prescriptive sequencing or aesthetic alignment. Graduates complete the training with a comprehensive understanding of Yin Yoga as a therapeutic, meditative, and structurally sound discipline, fully prepared for professional teaching, continued study, and integration into modern yoga, wellness, and therapeutic settings.

Why Yin Yoga — And Why Our 500-Hour Training
In an increasingly fast-paced and stimulus-driven world, Yin Yoga provides a clinically relevant and necessary counterbalance. The practice works systematically with connective tissue, fascia, joints, and the nervous system, supporting structural integrity, nervous system regulation, and long-term physical resilience. Yin Yoga also cultivates mindfulness, interoceptive awareness, and mental clarity, making it a valuable modality in modern yoga and wellness education.
Our 500-Hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training offers the depth and scope required to move beyond foundational understanding into advanced application and professional competency.
This level of training allows you to:
- Develop advanced functional and therapeutic teaching skills
- Apply in-depth knowledge of skeletal variation and individual biomechanics
- Adapt Yin Yoga safely for diverse bodies, conditions, and experience levels
- Teach Yin Yoga as a therapeutic, meditative, and evidence-informed practice, rather than simply a slow-paced class
- Integrate functional anatomy, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), mindfulness, and breath regulation into cohesive class design
This program is not focused solely on certification. A 500-hour training represents a comprehensive professional education that refines how you practice, assess, and teach Yin Yoga, supporting clarity, confidence, and long-term sustainability in modern teaching contexts.

- Teaching informed by functional anatomy, skeletal variation, and TCM
- Small group sizes for personal guidance and mentorship
