We accept a maximum number of 25 to 30 students in the course. We ensure that the class should be conducted in pious environment and good enough to offer you a dynamic, engaging and holistic experience.

The whole yoga teacher training course is in English. You should have at least a minimum understanding of English. Bali Yoga School has explored the Yoga Teacher Training Programs including the 200 Hours Multi-style Ashtanga/ Hatha/ Vinyasa flow Yoga Teacher Training program in the exotic destination of Bali. During the course of training,  students will get to learn many new things about yoga.

Arrival & Departure Dates:
The course starts on 1st of every month at 10:00 Am with the opening ceremony & orientation program, In order to attend the opening ceremony of the course you should arrive at school a day before from the starting date of the course. The course completes on 23rd of every month at 7:00 Pm with graduation & fire ceremony performed by the graduates & their masters, Departure date is 24th of every month before 12:00 Pm afternoon time.

What is the best way to arrive at Bali Yoga School ?
The best and most convenient way to travel for Bali is to take a flight to Ngurah Rai International Airport Denpasar Bali . Denpasar Bali airport is merely 38 kms from school.As soon as you book your flight, forward us your flight details and we will send our driver to receive you from Denpasar Bali airport.

Note : Pick up charge is 30 USD extra from Ngurah Rai International Airport Denpasar to school.

Yoga Anatomy & Physiology

Comprehensive & deep study of postures anatomy, movements and the key systems of the body. Learn how the body parts work and apply this knowledge for safe and effective practice and teaching.

Mastering The Asanas (Postures)

Course includes deep practice of asanas (Postures), Ashtanga/ Hatha/ vinyasa flow as well as its theory. Students are also provided a separate class on alignment- adjustment- teaching methodology as these are part of the training, this class gives enough time to students to interact with their teachers and finding out the answers of their questions.

Yoga Philosophy-

Yoga philosophy in Sanskrit called yoga darshan which means guiding students through philosophy of life with the help of ancient yoga texts to the aim of yoga. 200 Hour Course at vinyasa yoga school imparts teachings of the mystic sage Patanjali’s ‘Patanjali yoga sutras’ which teaches students to learn how to live appropriate life.

Meditation & Mantra Chanting

Mantras – Sound vibrations that permeate every cell of your being and allow your mind to dissolve and repose. Meditation is that which gives you deep rest. Meditation is an activity in which the practitioner just sits and allows the mind to dissolve. The rest in meditation is deeper than the deepest sleep that you can ever have. When the mind becomes free from agitation, is calm and serene and at peace, meditation happens.

Pranayama

The “prana” creates an aura around the body. It flows through thousands of subtle energy channels called ‘nadis’ and energy centers called ‘chakras’. The quantity and quality of prana and the way it flows through the nadis and chakras determines one’s state of mind. If the prana level is high and its flow is continuous, smooth and steady, the mind remains calm, positive and enthusiastic.

Arrival & Departure Dates

Our 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Canggu, Bali begins on the 1st of every month at 5:00 PM with an opening ceremony and orientation. The course concludes on the 6th of every month. To ensure you are well-rested before the training begins, we recommend arriving one day earlier. Check-in is available between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM, and we offer a complimentary night’s stay before the course starts. On the final day, check-out should be completed between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM.

How to Arrive at Bali Yoga School

The closest and most convenient airport is Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS), Denpasar, located approximately 20 km from our Canggu campus. Once you have booked your flight, simply share your arrival details with us, and we will arrange an airport pickup.

Note: Complimentary pickup from DPS (I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport) is included in your course fee. Please send us your flight information after booking so we can organize your transfer smoothly..

All our accommodations are private rooms with A/C to make sure you get proper recovery and privacy to reflect your practice and fully renew yourself each day for your effective yoga teacher training experience. 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Canggu Bali - Terms & Conditions

All classes are mandatory only in case of an emergency or illness one can take leave with respected teacher permission. Uninformed leaves won’t be accepted and this will leave bad impression on student monthly performance.

Prerequisites A high degree of self-motivation is required for all aspects of the course. The practice and especially the teaching of yoga demand a high degree of self-discipline and purity. To ensure the success of the program, participants are required to attend all spiritual activities, meditation sessions, lectures and asana classes. Meat, fish, eggs, black tea, coffee, alcohol, tobacco, drugs and nudity are prohibited during the course as they are counterproductive to the yoga practice. Participants who do not comply with the school rules may be dismissed from the course.

Discipline Rules for Students Smoking and alcohol are strictly prohibited in the school. If you are having a fast any day, you have to inform kitchen manager for avoiding food waste. Always make discipline, respect teachers and follow all rules. Always be in the time, you are late means will not be permitted to join class. Clear your books of account before departure from Himalayan Yoga Association. Before departure return your books, maps or any goods which you borrowed. Himalayan Yoga Association provides accommodation for a student who join the yoga course. So any friends or relatives will not be included in accommodation however they can stay in school by renting another room. Student have to be present in all scheduled program of Himalayan Yoga Association.

Refund Policy The course fees & Booking amount will not be refundable, only in the case of emergency students can join us on other schedules. If student cancel the course after joining it, we accept cancellation but course fees will not be refund in cancellation.
