About Yoga Alliance USA

This is a four week training that has a prerequisite of 200 hour certification. When completed, on top of what you already have of 200 hours, you can be designated as RYT 500, which will indicate you are a highly trained advanced teacher.

500 Hour Yoga Teacher Training (RYS 500)

Our top certification level reflects mastery-level knowledge. Finish our full 500 hour intensive program or combine our 200 and 300 hour programs. This high training includes the control of high-level asanas, energy systems, entire yoga therapy, training methodology as a teacher, business skills and practices. The 500 hour certification grants you RYT 500 registration and, once you reach a certain number of teaching hours, E-RYT 500 which allows you to train other teachers.
