5 Days Yoga Retreat in Canggu Bali

Five days in paradise isn’t just a retreat—it’s a complete lifestyle immersion. At Bali Yoga School in Canggu, our 5-day program offers the perfect duration to experience true transformation while exploring the full depth of our unique, flexible approach to authentic yoga practice.

Here’s what makes us different: while other retreats lock you into fixed schedules, we honor your individual journey. Choose to begin any day of our rich weekly cycle, creating your own adventure through ancient practices. You may start any day of our wonderful weekly rotation, and make up your own adventure in the old ways. You can perhaps begin on Friday with Nadi Shodhana pranayama and soft Hatha and go into the weekend dynamic sessions and sunset beach meditations, or on Tuesday with the invigorating Bhramari breath work and walking meditation in the mystery-filled Bali scenery.

Five days gives time to drastic changes. You will learn a variety of breathing exercises, including the cleansing Kapalabhati and the warming Surya Bhedi pranayama. Your practice will be developed in a combination of soft restorative Hatha and hard Dynamic Hatha Vinyasa. Sample the range of meditation: focused chanting of Om mantra, wide-ranging loving-kindness practices, body scans, and high-level chakra work.
The only difference between this time is the rhythm you will build. By day three, you’re settled. In just five days, you are a different person. You will also experience the legendary Canggu sunsets in our beach-based meditation classes, the healing energy of various sound baths, and the profound restorative effects of Yoga Nidra on the starlit skies.

This is yoga as whole way of life, not mere physical exercise. Five days gives you the time to truly integrate, gain lasting insights, and practice you will bring home.Your journey toward authentic well-being begins here.
